Co-lead by Evan Shaw and Nicole, this Toronto based group was formed in 2008, and features compositions by both Evan and Nicole.

Described as a “tight quintet” with “a diversity of tunes, ranging from Ivesian pastoralism to the Nokia cell phone ring to post-bop modes.” (Taylor Ho Bynum - Cornetist, co-curator, FONT), this group was originally formed in 2004 in Toronto. Now based in Boston, this group was featured at the Festival of New Trumpet Music, and continues to be a primary writing platform for Nicole.

Formed in 2004, this Toronto based group has performed regularly at various venues in Toronto. After a brief hiatus, the trio recently had their reunion performance, the first of many to come.
